Send a one-off test WhatsApp template message, without creating or affecting
a campaign. Use to verify template rendering and variable mappings before
running engageMessageAdd / engageMessageStart.
Errors: Either conversationId, customerId or recipient must be provided when neither customerId nor recipient is set.
