# Overview

Karzoun is one workspace for customer conversations, contacts, campaigns, and automations. You do not need to learn every module on day one.

Daily work usually happens in **Inbox** (`/inbox`). The home dashboard (`/`) is a shift snapshot. **Training center** is under the user menu (top right), not the sidebar.
