# ConversationStatus

**Type:** GraphQL enums

**Description:**
Status of a conversation in the inbox.
Determines the conversation's workflow state and visibility.

## Values
- open: Conversation is actively being handled
- closed: Conversation has been resolved and closed
- pending: Conversation is on hold, awaiting customer action
- snoozed: Conversation is snoozed until a later time, awaiting team action
- bot: Conversation currently handled by the automation bot/ai agents
- new: Conversations that was never closed/reopned
